Cooking tips
- Always remove the thin membrane from the underside of the ribs as it will toughen as it cooks, and acts as a barrier, preventing any sauces you baste with from reaching the meat. Detach one corner of the membrane carefully with a knife then pull it off all the way; it should come off in one clean piece.
- Precooking and boiling ribs is not necessary when you use duBreton Pork Back Ribs. If you do prefer to precook your ribs before putting them on the grill, apply a dry rub and cook them meaty side up and covered tightly with aluminum foil, in the oven or on the barbeque at 350 ˚F for 1-1.5 hours. After precooking the ribs, place them directly on the grill over medium heat, turning and basting every 20
