Chorizo Bites with Grilled Peppers

Ingredients
  • 250 ml (1 cup) homemade or store bought grilled red and/or yellow peppers
  • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 10 ml (2 tsps.) olive oil or pepper oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh chopped parsley
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tbsps.) drained capers
  • 2 65g packages of duBreton Chorizo Dry Sausage
  • Shavings of firm cheese to taste
Preparation steps
  1. Using a bowl, mix all ingredients with the exception of the dry sausage.
  2. Place slices on a serving platter and garnish with pepper mixture.
  3. If desired, garnish with cheese shavings.
