Mango Proscuitto Canapés with Goat Cheese and Basil

Ingredients
  • 1 CuisiChef Sundried Tomatoes & Basil Thin Pizza Crusts
  • 120 g (4 oz) goat cheese
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and cut into 24 cubes
  • 1 65 g package duBreton Prosciutto Dry Cured Ham
  • 24 small fresh basil leaves or 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh chopped basil
  • Fresh ground pepper
Preparation steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375oF (190oC).
  2. Cut the pizza dough into 4 parts and then each part into 6 strips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Bake in oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until the rectangles of crust are golden and crispy. Cool on wire rack.
  4. Garnish the baked crusts by putting goat cheese on one half, and folded dried ham on the other, diced mango on both sides and add basil leaves and pepper.
  5. Arrange on a tray and serve.
