  1. In a dish, mix the salt, pepper and rosemary.
  2. Remove the country-style pâté from the package and cut into 24 cubes or slices as desired.
  3. Slice the apples into 12 thin wedges.
  4. Coat the apple wedges with the spice mixture and place on a serving platter.
  5. Garnish with pâté, spear with cocktail picks if necessary and serve.
