Ingredients
  • 1 65 g package duBreton Prosciutto Dry Cured Ham
  • 1 Burrata or fresh Mozzarella
  • 2 pears, quartered
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) halved walnuts
  • 30 ml (2 tbsps.) fresh chopped basil
  • 5 to 10 ml (1 to 2 tsps.) olive oil
  • 10 to 15 ml (2 to 3 tsps) balsamic glaze
  • Fleur de sel and fresh ground pepper
Preparation steps
  1. Using a serving board or platter, lay out slices of dry ham and burratta.
  2. Add pears, nuts and basil. Place in the center of the table.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Season burrata to taste using salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
