Spicy Nachos

Ingredients
  • 1 300 g (2/3 lb) bag of corn chips
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 diced pepper
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 65g package of duBreton Pepperoni Dry Sausage, diced
  • Hot peppers to taste
  • 500 ml (2 cups) grated cheddar cheese
  • 250 ml (1 cup) pizza sauce
Preparation steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425oF (210oC).
  2. Spread half the chips on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Garnish with half of the ingredients, with the exception of the sauce. Cover with the remaining chips and garnish a second time.
  4. Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with pizza sauce as a dip.
